Does Rev. Jeremiah Wright’s church have the 501c3 tax-exemption for religious organizations? Did he preach anything political? If that church does have that exempt status, and if Rev. Wright did preach political agenda, then he broke the law…. Then that church’s tax exempt status should be removed…. The Trinity United Church of Christ.
Could the IRS get back taxes up to the point of violation?
One would think that the lawyer Mr. Obama would have said something about his church breaking the law. Is this just more Chicago corruption? Why does one group get away with stuff like this and others can not?
Please note: If there is no tax exempt status, then no law was broken.

Wright is just a hater of white Americans. BO is a lawyer. He represented ACORN, his partner in Crime.

You need to review the relevant IRS code, I’m afraid.
What is prohibited is the specific endorsement of or opposition to a particular candidate by a church. Or, as the IRS puts it, "Under the Internal Revenue Code, all section 501(c)(3) organizations are absolutely prohibited from directly or indirectly participating in, or intervening in, any political campaign on behalf of (or in opposition to) any candidate for elective public office.
Churches are free to speak on social issues, and they frequenly do.

Jeremiah Wright preached socioeconomic issues, not political.

That pastor in Arizona who told his church-goers to pray for Obama’s death certainly engaged in political discussion.

Interesting… In your prior question you claimed that Obama is a Muslim and if so how could he attend Christian church with "racist" reverend? You keep contradicting yourself, Neocon.
