I want a lawyer to assist me and my partner who had our returns sent back to the IRS because they put in the wrong Country Code. Despite speaking to them on the phone the WMR site has not yet been updated. I want lawyer no matter the cost, I want him/her to fight and not negotiate. Please give me a brute and some one not afraid off the IRS. Please provide me information only if you are one of these lawyers or have been helped and actually won with a lawyer like this. I have had enough and I want my pound of flesh. I have been audited for the past 6 years!!! always come out on top and yet every year they find a way to harass me!!

1) No, I’m not a tax protester.
2) Yes I’m asking because of information I’ve heard from a tax protester.
3) No, Title 26 does not specify that YOU have to pay an income tax, nor is the IRS tax CODE a LAW.
4) The 16th Ammendment was never ratified.and
5) What do you think about the film, America Freedom to Fascism where numerous IRS agents, tax lawyers, and congressmen have come out and said "There is no law that you have to pay INCOME tax". If you haven’t seen it, I highly encourage you to watch it and get back to me on it.

What kind of Lawyer earns the highest/most ?
what kind of lawyer (baristat, tax lawyer criminal lawyer, etc.) earns the most? and is it true that every single lawyer has to memorise this huge book of laws and stuff like for example "page 175 section A paragraph C, blah blah blah blah" and if not every single lawyer, then which ones do have to memorise it? and is it hard to? and how many years should u study to become each kind?

Where should I work as a tax lawyer – the USA or Australia?
I’m currently a tax lawyer working in Melbourne Australia. Quite bored in Melbourne and work is slow because of the economic times we are going through. I have an opportunity to work in either Sydney or in the US (LA or New York). If I move to one of the US cities, I will of course have to sit the applicable Bar Exam. I am thinking that Sydney will be mostly like Melbourne. Is it worth moving to a new country (i.e. the US) and which city in the US would be best in terms of lifestyle – NY or LA? Does the tax code need to be this big or this complex?
I read that the complete tax code in paper form would exceed the rating for a 1/2 ton pickup truck. And although I don’t make a ton of money I wouldn’t dream of doing my own taxes just because I have multiple income sources.
Now those people who make a ton of money can afford tax accountants and tax lawyers to find every loophole to minimise the tax burden they bear. But to me it’s just insurance in case the IRS comes after me.
Shouldn’t the tax laws be simpler? I know it would put many CPAs out of business but wouldn’t it be better if you and I didn’t need a CPA to figure out taxes?

What is most difficult part of filling out 1040 tax form ?
Please share your views about why the 1040 form required for US wage earners is so damm difficult to fill out, are Americans just not educated enough to figure it out, are the tax laws just too complex, is the system rigged for the benefit of tax lawyers and CPA’s? Do you ever wonder if some bigwig in government is just sitting in his chair laughing HAO at the average joe or jill trying to make heads or tails of our tax system? Any comments are welcome.
