The only ones who get rich on class actions are the lawyers.

If he did that, he is pretty unique for an attorney.

      He’s for The People.

Class action and civil rights lawsuits are very different things.

Why hasn’t anyone noticed how the Bush administration has "gutted" the civil rights division at the Department of Justice? Why aren’t you outraged at the fact that nearly all the rights cases pursued by the Bush administration are instances of whites claiming discrimination or allegations of Democratic voter fraud? How about the fact that nearly all of the people of color who worked at justice have quit or been fired over the last 7 years?

Obama has pledged to reverse this.

Please, do a little research before accusing Obama of something you know nothing about.

So, you think he’s against civil rights?

Ah, lawyers. And don’t get me going on former candidate John Edwards….I am voting for the only non-lawyer of the bunch. As far as i am concerned, the fact that he is not a lawyer is one of McCain’s biggest selling points!

And if he did, good for him. Class action lawsuits do nothing more then enrich lawyers, the people that suffered see squat.

If you are going to make accusations, you need to provide a link at the least…

because the man’s views have changed . He has the human right to believe in what he wants to . Get off his back !!

I think we should take Shakespeare’s advice and kill all the lawyers.

Personally, I think class action suits are for one purpose only; to line a lawyers pockets. It does little to nothing to resolve the issue being sued over.

Case in point; when Intel had a problem with one of its chips, they got sued. They settled on giving everyone with a defective chip a new chip, which they would have gotten anyway. But the lawyers raked in millions in legal fees.

Civil Rights lawyer? Dang! Obama must be rolling in cash!!
Surely didn’t realize that about the man!

I don’t know about that but he is the only one saying leave Iraq and redeploy troops to Afghanistan

Because the media would not print anything negative about him
The media will decide this primary, they slant everything Obamas way
but come 911 this year, right before the election, the republicans will go after him in a media blitz about his pastor, his patriotism and his terrorist ties. They will attack his wife and her lack of patriotism
and another republican will take, office just wait
and democrats will be wishing Hillary had been the nominee
